About the School

DAV Model School, Durgapur (W.B.) situated in the heart of Durgapur Steel Township had its humble beginning on 11th March, 1975 in 3 rooms with 45 students and 3 teachers.
Over the years it has burgeoned into an institution of excellence with about 5000 students, 115 faculty members & 35 supporting staff paving its way today to stand tall and proud to meet the challenges of the ever changing global society.
