Our pedagogy is all about teaching children to discover, by means of exploration, their self, which includes their personality, hobbies, interests, and by extension, dreams and passions. It is a well-known fact that most of the brain development in children takes place at this tender age. Therefore, they are taught, by means of exploration, how to think, rather than what to think. Priority is given to the physical, mental, intellectual and emotional growth of the child. The management and staff facilitate children to explore, recognise and understand their emotions (both their own as well as of others), the environment around them, and the factors or things which fascinate and attract them.

This is achieved by blending in proportionate amounts of activities focusing on spacial, linguistic, logical, kinesthetic, naturalistic, inter-personal, intra-personal and rhythmic abilities of the children derived by Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Based on these activities,every child’s profile is assessed and nurtured such that the children explore their individual interests and career goals for their bright futures.
