About the College

Established in 1971, by the dedicated efforts of Sri Mahashay ji, Sri Prithwichand ji, Sri Ramnath ji, Sri Dinanath Prasad, Sri Gopal ji Gupta and Prof. Bhagwan Prasad, P.C.VIGYAN. MAHAVIDYALAYA became a constituent unit of B.R.A Bihar University in 1980. In 1992 it came under the prestigious Jai Prakash University, Chapra. Situated in the heart of the Chapra town, in Kataharibag P.C Science College is widely recognized as a center for excellence for bachelor degree. The future is about uncertainty, infinite probabilities and unlimited opportunities. Those who can gauge the uncertainties, calculate the probabilities and exploit the opportunities are the ones who can make the future. Its our mission to produce such individuals who can serve the society in true sense of the term. God has created this world and human being is the wonderful creation of god. God has given us the power to think and the sense of rationality. It depends on us, how we are using this power.
