About the School

Education of the 21st century has to meet a number of challenges. It should aim at developing an individual into a complete human being, who is a thinker, a doer, and a maker at the same time. Since new technologies and skills are invading every sphere of life today, the sole objective of education cannot be limited to imparting knowledge alone. It must provide a pragmatic, child centered all round education, relating academics to the ingredients that make for character development.

Its curriculum must be related to our environment and transmit our culture. Gone are the days of education loaded with information, which turned an individual into a memory blank.

The need of the day is to provide an individual the kind of education, which can give him a foundation for innovative learning that would turn him into a process person who is not a storehouse of knowledge.

Brief History
Radiant Stars English School, Haridaspur, Aligarh, was established in 2005 under the kind patronage of Shri Vinod Kr Singhal, the son of Late Smt and Shri Bahori Lal ji, who always desired to start the school in rural area. The fact that the hidden roots of intellectuality among the rural children are never nourished and thus die out of negligence. Keeping in view the desire of his parents and the above said fact Mr. Vinod Kr Singhal took the first firm step towards providing education in an area which is within an easy reach to rural as well as city children. Infact there was also a need for a good English medium institution in this area.

In total our vision, aims, mission statement and values are cumulative and together give us our clear direction and pathway.

In the present session i.e. 2006-07 the school will offer admissions and start classes from pre-nursery to VIII, keeping in mind to provide the best of everything. The school shall raise one class every year for its students till class XII. The institute shall provide a stimulating educational environment challenging and inspiring children from pre-school to year 12.

In the coming years we aspire to extend the school to degree level. We hope to recognize the institute as the best center for teaching and learning innovation and research.
