About the School

Founded in 1983 by Mrs. Mohini Bakshi and other eminent educationists, the Seedling Group of Schools has since scaled from a single Nursery School to a network of schools across Udaipur and Jaipur. The Seedling Group established Seedling Public School in Jaipur in 1992 and the Seedling Modern High School in 1997. Even as these schools, both affiliated to CBSE, emerged as premier 10+2 schools of the Pink City, Jaipur, the group expanded rapidly to Udaipur.

In 2002 – the flagship Seedling Modern Public School, affiliated to CBSE, was set up at Pratappura, Sapetia and the Seedling Nursery School, offering classes from playgroup to Prep/K2, at Punjawati . The group also entered higher education, setting up Seedling Academy of Design Technology and Management (SADTM) in 2002, the Seedling Institute for Integrated Learning & Advanced Studies (SIILAS) in 2006 and, then, in quick succession, the Jaipur National University in 2008.

Today, with a second Seedling Nursery School at Sector 5 in Udaipur and Seedling The World School in Pratappura, Sapetia, an international school affiliated to the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), University of Cambridge UK, the Seedling Group offers a network of seven leading schools in Rajasthan.
