About the College

Ch. Devi Lal College of Education, a pioneer Institute in the field of teacher education is run by Shri Ram Jan Kalian Shiksha Samiti which was set up with the aims and objectives to establish and maintain educational institutions to provide quality teacher education. The college is named after the great personality Late Chaudhary Devi Lal, a Freedom fighter, former Chief Minister of Haryana, Deputy Prime Minister of India and Member of Rajya Sabha. The society has made all its best efforts to establish the college as per the Norms and Standards of NCTE. Very progressive and forward looking management of the college through its Board of Governors takes decisions from time to time for the improvement and betterment of the teacher education programmes run by the college.

The college possesses a well equipped building spread over an area of 3 acres of land having lush green lawns. It has all the necessary infrastructural facilities like spacious, well ventilated, airy and lighted classrooms, fully furnished resource centers, fully automated and well stocked library, safe drinking water facility, multipurpose hall, seminar cum conference room, indoor and outdoor games, transport, all safety measures and canteen facilities, Wifi & CCTV Cameras.
