Vision and Objectives
Hypothesis

K.V.S. believes in imparting knowledge/values to its students and nurturing their talent, enthusiasm and creativity to achieve excellence through high quality educational endeavors.

The objective
is to meet the educational needs of the children of transferable Central Government employees including Defence and Para-Military personnel by providing a common programme of education. To
achieve excellence and set the pace in the field of school education. To
initiate and promote experiments and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc. To
develop the spirit of national integration and inculcate a sense of “Indianness” among the children.
To provide, establish, support, maintain, control and manage schools for the children of transferable employees of the Government of India, temporary population and others including those residing in remote and underdeveloped places of the country, hereinafter referred to as ‘Kendriya Vidyalayas’. To do all acts and things necessary to promote such schools.
