About the School

M. C. Kejriwal Vidyapeeth (MCKV) is an English medium institution affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, dedicated to nurturing students for success in the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examinations. Since its establishment on 15 June 1997, the school has made significant strides in both academic achievements and co-curricular endeavours.

Originally founded exclusively for boys, MCKV embraced a pivotal change in April 2024, transitioning to a co-educational model by welcoming girls into the pre-primary section. This transition will be gradual, extending to encompass all classes. This shift underscores the school’s commitment to inclusivity and responsiveness to evolving educational paradigms.

The curriculum framework derives its inspiration from the National Education Policy 2020, offering a multi-dimensional approach that is outcome-specific and geared towards fostering 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding. Education at MCKV follows a comprehensive 15-year journey structured across four developmental stages: the Foundational Stage (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Kindergarten, Classes 1 and 2), the Preparatory Stage (Classes 3 to 5), the Middle Stage (Classes 6 to 8), and the Secondary Stage (Classes 9 to 12).
