About the School

Sree Vivekananda Memorial Public School (SVMPS), situated in the sylvan surroundings of Aralummoodu, was launched in 1984 under the Tagore Educational Trust. The founder chairman of the school was Padmasree Dr.Vellayani Arjunan. The school is now advised and run by the Chempaka group under the Chairmanship of Mr. V.N.P Raj. Our chairman is driven by the purpose to bring social grace to the world through quality learning. His vision and dreams reflect in our school’s motto – ‘Where every child matters’. SVMPS believes in enhancing the intellectual and creative potential of our students through joyful learning.

Students enjoy the optimum utilization of their creative potential, free from the hassles and worries of admission to higher classes. The school has a well equipped smart class , computer Lab, Science and Mathematics Labs, a full –fledged Library with Reading Room, qualified and experienced teachers and automated students profiling where in student’s progress and achievements at any moment of time can be detected and remedial measures can be taken if required. Timely diagnosis and remedial measures can be taken if required.

The Senior Secondary Division of SVMPS is well equipped to cater to the requirements of Science, Computer and Commerce courses with a team of qualified , competent and dedicated teachers.
